Thank you again for taking the time to consider my second loan application.

Personal:
I am a Washington native with a love for my islands and my community, of hikes and boating, the arts and the thrill of creativity.  I enjoy both reading and writing fiction and non-fiction, illustration and music.  Family is very important to me and I live close to my parents, grandparents and one aunt and uncle in the same island town; my older brothers live only two hours away.  It is my desire to make the most of myself, my creativity and my family, and that has influenced me into business.  By following my dream I find I am already inspiring them.  My credit score is excellent and my debt to income ratio is extremely low.  I work full time for a government contractor creating educational software graphics and have two publication credits to my name since my initial Prosper loan (thank you!).

Relentless Publishing, LLC:
I launched my company in 2005 with expert guidance from Heartland Publishing Services.  I established the business through a legal firm who I also keep on retainer; this was not a blind decision.  We have conducted our research on the product line and the industry and I have already paid 100% of my business startup costs in cash, including my first run of advertising.  All of my contracted illustrators have been paid in full, three websites are launched and running.  We have attended four national tradeshows and conventions, and our first product, "Prophecy" launched last year and has sold from Seattle to London, and our second publication is now in print with a third at 80% development with all contract work completely paid.

The loan:
This is my second Prosper loan.  The intent is to use the new loan to completely repay the first; in effect, to use a Prosper loan to "re-fi" a Prosper loan.  This is to lower monthly payments in an effort to afford me more financial flexibility and to prepare for my marriage next year!

Repayment:
In a worst case scenario (I don't sell a single unit, but I get to say "I gave it my best!") my day job can completely pay for the loan, which will have a far lower monthly payment than the loan it is replacing.

Thank you again for your time and consideration in helping me reach the next level of my dream!
