Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to purchase additional inventory of garden-related gift items that will sell quickly during a time when plant items at my landsape nursery move slowly. This is a relist of 382656 which was 100% funded...feel free to ask me (or Prosper CS) for verification. I am starting the loan bid rate at Prosper's highest recommended rate for me, because the previous listing fully funded and was bid down below this. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because this additional inventory fits in with my business plan, and it will sell quickly. I have never defaulted or had a late payment on any loan. This round of inventory should be sold within two months, and I plan to repay this loan by November. I have already brought in some new inventory based on the success of the first loan request, andt that inventory is selling. The decision to start the inventory buy was based on receipt of funding on the previous listing...was only needing bank verifiction, which was provided. A very unique Prosper process flaw resulted in the listing being cancelled. |
