Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to finish a home improvement we started. Actually, it's for the pool table, the poker table and cabinets for the bar area in the game room we added. All these items are ordered and waiting for delivery in a couple of weeks.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because as a lender I know how important it is to pay back this type of loan. I have over 250 current loans to others on Prosper and find myself in a situation where I need a loan myself. During the construction of a 1600 sq ft addition to our home, the IRS picked us to do an audit on and went back to 2004 - 2006 since I have multiple companies and mulitiple real estate holdings. Bottom line is I owe them over $40K  by Oct 15th which kind of wipes out my cash I had set aside to complete this home improvement. Out of 48,000+ lenders on Prosper, I'm in the top 1,200 in funds loaned to others, so you know I'm serious about Prosper and how it helps both sides of the process. I will use both the funds deposited into my prosper account and have payment set up to automatically be withdrawn from my checking account. I most likely will pay this loan off within 2 years, so this is a safe loan for any lenders.

My wife and I are just starting a third business called FLCNATESTPREP which is a Test Prep for CNA canidates. My wife is a RN so she will doing most of the work on this one.
As I've mentioned, I own rental property in Memphis, TN and Ocala, FL.  I'm part owner in a spec house near me, I own the building my consulting business operates out of. I own the land and extra property where our dealership is located. I also own a couple lots waiting for the market to turn around before I build anything on them.
