First of all, there are still errors on my credit report. I am working with psychdoc's creditboards to get that resolved, including the "delinquency" mentioned here on prosper which is an error and ONLY APPEARS ON ONE of the three credit reporting agencies. More details later (below).... Anyway, I am about to go from straight commission to a new, salaried job with a major national investment firm. The job starts in about a month. In the mean time I am studying for a test that will upgrade my licensing, which will be another great career move. Finally some STABILITY! It feels good. Unfortunately, our savings is not going to get us to that point, we need some money to pay our bills until that first paycheck arrives, and I would rather pay interest to prosper members than a heartless bank! This amount will get us caught up on bills and carry us for about 7 weeks until that first new paycheck arrives. We would really appreciate the help. We do promise to pay this back in a timely manner. I have already paid off a prosper.com loan previously, and our ability to make these payments will be even better now! Our debt to income is about to plummet for two reasons: my income will go up, and we're going to pay down our higher interest rate debt soon, since my wife's income (about $800/mo.) can go exclusively to making debt payments. Hooray! Thanks very much for your time, help if you can! |
