Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to remodel and upgrade my cozy lovely home. Both my kitchen and bathroom need plenty of improvements. I intent on installing granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and kitchen cabinets. Most of the appliances are not working properly. My bathroom also is in desperate need a new sink, toilet, and a complete renovation. My bathroom is completely outdated. I love my home and want to live there forever if possible. My family and I take great pride in our home and I truly enjoy cooking for my family and friends. With these renovations my family and I will be able to enjoy our home immensely. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have excellent credit history because I am very responsible with my debts.
