Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to replace a swimming pool in my rehab project. I have had a string of bad contractors that have cost me most of my existing budget. I am looking for people that can help me get the pool fixed so that I can complete this transaction. This property will pay for the pool once it sells, however I don't have the capital up front due to poor contractors My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have excellent credit and have never been late with a single payment. I am a responsible individual. I have rehabbed houses in the past, but not with a pool. Yes, I have learned valuable lessons during this process. I have used mostly my own money for this project, but ran into bad contractors. I have 3 other properties that I own and currently bring in a monthly cash flow. I have no credit card debt and my only outstanding loans are investment properties and my vehicle that is 2 years from being paid off. |
