Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to purchase a wood pellet boiler to be used as the main heat source in our home, making our existing oil furnace the backup source. It will also be used to pay off a higher interest credit union loan, the one credit card that we have and the real estate tax escrow on our mortgage. We also plan to add stairs to a back deck on our home. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my bills on time and I take my financial commitments seriously.
