Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to?improve my credit rating. I have owned the same home for the last four and a half years. Although I have a reasonable interest rate on my home that will not change for the next six years, I would like to be able to take advantage of the even lower rates offered at this time. My monthly expenses are relatively low and I have just started in a better position with the same organization I have worked at the last four years. This position is Banquet Manager and includes a salary plus commission on banquet hall rentals. The delinquencies on my history are both from a phone line from at least four years ago. I have sent checks to cover these two bills, but for some reason they are still showing on my credit report. This loan will help show I can manage another loan in addition to my mortgage which is the only other monthly bill I have with the exception of utilities and insurance.. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have worked very hard to get my credit score up and will do nothing to jeopardize my credit. Monthly net income: $ 4000.00 (Includes commissions) In addition, I receive $1150.00 total in rent from two roommates. Utilities: $ 175.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 50.00 Food, entertainment: $ 200.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 Other expenses: $ 0 I have $1765.00 left over at the end of each month to repay this loan. |
