Purpose of loan: To remodel a 1,000 square foot building from it's present use as storage to become our 6th Guest Room at our Bed and Breakfast Inn. We have had to turn away a large number of potential guests due to the fact that we cannot accommodate the pets that they travel with. The building is detached from the main house so it would be perfect for guests with pets so they would not bother the other guests staying with us if they have allergies to animals Etc. This past summer has been our busiest so far even with the ridiculous gas prices that we have. We expect to add another $10,000 gross to our income with the addition of this pet friendly guest room. My financial situation: First I would like to say that my personal income stated here is only about half of what I actually bring home a month. It is also understood that the business will be making sure that this loan is paid on time if anything should happen to me. Thank you in advance for considering us for this loan. |
