Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
Now that I have all but one High interest credit card paid off. I want to pay off that one and I want to tackle some of my other bills. So that all I will have out will be house, car, and utilities, and these 2 prosper loans. Then in three years the car and prosper loans will be gone and I can start to invest.
My financial situation:
I have 3 kids and 2 of them that will be going to college in a couple years and want to be able to get ahead before then. I would like to be able to start saving money instead of living paycheck to paycheck.

My wife and I work full time I put down my income on the loan but she makes about 21,000 a year on top of my income. We make good money just have made some bad financial choices in the past and have seen the error of our ways and want out soon. with getting all the other stuff out of the way I can get my credit score higher and them get a lower interest on my house and that payment should be able to drop by a few hundred dollars. I am also going to try to sell the one auto I have the loan on and buy something with a smaller payment. then all will be managable and will be able to put some away. That is my goal by the first of the year. So please help me to achieve it. Thanks
