Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is to upgrade our store front with stone, stucco, and new lighted signage at our successful franchise pizza location. Corporate has instituted a new logo, color scheme and channel letter package to increase the attractiveness of all 115 + locations. We are eagerly looking forward to acquiring this new look, and expect an increase in sales as a result. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I pay all my obligations on time every time, have no delinquencies, have good credit, and have a solid asset base. We own our home, have another as a rental, and have a fully rented 4-plex. We own 3 businesses, lodging, auto reconditioning, and the pizza franchise. My income is $6000 or more per month. Mortgage $1400 + $160 heloc Auto is paid in full! Groceries $275 Utilities $225 Insurances $300 Credit cards $1300 $3660 Current monthly expenses Three loans that still show on my credit have been paid off and I expect my credit to rise from 715 to over 720 once they are reported in full. One is a $5500 commercial lawn mower that we purchased for the 7.5 acres that get mowed at our lodging, it was paid in full in less than one year (no intrest!). Our auto loan was $802 per month and it too is paid in full. The third is a business vehicle loan that was $450 per month but is now paid off.
