We are a family of seven who are in need of home repairs. We bought a great fixer upper in a great neighboorhood for our large family, and despite a postive home inspection of all major home systems, our heating and air unit has died. There is also a marble tub that may be too heavy for the floor and we would like to replace it with a lighter model before any of the kids go for a ride. We have done a lot of the work ourselves on the house, but are now in need for a professional. We bought the house for 106.000 but it has assessed at 125,000. We hope to make it a show place with a lot of sweat equity of all family members
