Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Purchase a Zero Turn mower. It is a riding commercial mower to help expand my growing lawn business. I have aquired an account with an energy company and they are giving me multiple acres each week. I have one mower now and it is financed threw the dealer so I cant get another one. This contract brings in about 2,000 a month alone. It would cut my time in half and allow me to take on more. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I HAVE A FULL TIME STEADY JOB as well as my business. I have the most stable job you can. I work for the state. I make decent money. I also have my lawn and landscape business. I take care of about 45 lawns a week and usually 1 or 2 large landscape jobs each week. My current job pays me 44,000 a year and my landscape business brings in about 3,000 a month after expenses. That is almost 6,000 a month. I just purchased my second truck for my fleet and I paid it in cash. Monthly net income: $ 5500.00 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 600 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $ 300 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 600 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 1000 CC just took the dog to the vet $550,,,, Auto loan for $10,000 on my yukon Other expenses: $ Once again you are investing in something that is already making money. I have another prosper loan on here and have never missed a payment. I like this system and I am a good candidate. If you are intersted in the model I am getting. My dealer sells a 48" Snapper zero turn. It is mid size and grade. It has a sticker price for $5700. I am going to pay the rest in cash so I will have equity in this thing.
