We will like to thank everyone who bid on our last listing for a down payment on our home. We realized, along with the advice from others, that in order to obtain necessary funding for our business, although our credit has progressively grown, we will still need to build stronger credit. We are asking for $5,000 to go towards the down payment on this rental property, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large house with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, with a spacious kitchen and breakfast area and all new appliances, an intercom system with AM/FM radio, a two car garage with opener, an In-law suite with it?s own outside entrance, a new roof, new furnace, a Stone Front Porch and large rear deck, a wet bar, fireplace and new paint all throughout the home. I am still working towards my goal to further increase my credit score, so that, my credit will be raised enough, so that financing for the business will be at 100%. As I explained in my prior listing, my credit situation consists of one positive account in good standing, one negative account that has been removed, and one negative balance of $800.00 that is in the process of being removed due to the fact that this is a fraudulent charge. We have been constantly sending letters to the credit bureau to have this removed and are currently working with a credit counselor to resolve this matter. Our home consists of myself, my father, my sister, four brothers and two nieces, all of whose household income combined is enough to comfortably make the payments. (Feel free to check our payment history for the last loan we received. August 31, 2008 will make this 1 year of on-time payments). I would also like to thank everyone again who bid on our last listing and we look forward to the same generosity towards this listing. |
