Purpose of loan: I was forced to cancel my previous request as the interest rate was higher than my highest interest credit card. This time I am making a more intelligent decision to only request the funds needed to pay off my highest interest card. I have one card at 6.9% that I have paid down to $1200 from $2500 in just a few months, so I will continue to chip away at that one on my own. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I make $102K as a college professor plus additional money serving as a consultant with a handful of school districts (5-15K annually depending on the time that I put in). I am a homeowner with a wife and three children. I did set a lower rate this time so that I will have no reason to cancel the listing if it is not bid down to where I am comfortable. My wife and I are in the process of opening a day spa, and the SBA loan has a better chance of success without a credit card balance. Monthly net income: $ 6700 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1900 Insurance: $ 300 Car expenses: $900 Utilities: $ 350 Phone, cable, internet: $ 270 Food, entertainment: $ 800 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 100 Other expenses: $ |
