Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? consolidate my credit cards. I recently bought a house because I'm going to be getting married (March 2009) and I need a home to start my new family. It was a foreclosed house and my very first house. They gave me enough of a loan (w/ 10% down) to get the house, but not make repairs. It needed a new roof, gutters, painting and a whole new kitchen. That is the picture above, us putting in the dry wall for the kitchen. I had to put this all on my credit cards and I would like combine it into one payment and pay off the cards. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have never missed a payment on ANYTHING in my life. I don't borrow money often and I'm an accountant. I have a budget and know how much I can afford and save by having one monthly payment instead of 3 different credit card payments. |
