Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate my credit card debt into one payment. My goal is to refinance my home within the next 6 months, and take advantage the lower interest rates. With my credit cards paid off, this will improve my Fico score so I qualify for the lowest possible rate. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a strong and solid credit history and I do not make late payments. After going through a lengthy divorce, I had needed to turn to my credit cards for assistance (I didn't want to touch my savings). In the process, I was able to qualify and purchase a beautiful home for me and my son. As a single mom, I am excellent at managing my money. Thank you for your time. |
