I am a real estate investor, Realtor, mortgage broker with an
opportunity to pick up 2 houses in foreclosure. The money is a deposit. The houses are being purchased
from the bank via short sell. In fact, I have the money for this
deal in my IRA. Also, investment dollars can cover the loan. Must tell you that I will not keep this
loan for 3 years. As a lender I hate being paid off before I make
any interest, therefore I will keep the loan for at least 6 months. My credit speaks for itself. My income comes from rental properties, stocks and various real estate deals. As you can see I have been in the credit bureau for over 20 years. The past lates all snafus with real estate closing payoffs.The revolving credit is actually a HELOC. I pay my credit cards monthly.
