Folks, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF MY LAST LISTING:When I posted my original listing (the one with drew) I put my annual gross salary to be $151,000.00, which included my year end bonus and other incentives. Only my year end pay stubs will show the above amount as my total compensation. Where as my current salary only reflects $102,861.00 as per the current pay stubs, so when I realized this problem prior to funding I called PROSPER.COM and explained my situation in detail. They not only understood my situation and applauded my honesty and integrity and suggested me to repost my listing with new salary, which will have slightly increased DTI. I'm pretty sure you folks understand my honesty and candidness. THIS IS THE TRUTH, I DO HAVE THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE CALL WITH PROSPER. AGAIN, MY SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to start a small biology lab to conduct Histology (Tissue Anatomy) testing. I?m a scientist and I?m in this field for the past 16 years and very comfortable in starting my own company. My lab will predominantly focus on testing for skin (tissue) biopsies for skin, breast, prostate, and colon cancer. Industry is vast given the startup nature of my company and to have better focus I have picked the above areas to create a niche and succeed. I will also be providing consultancy services to the biological companies in terms of their tissue testing needs, which will generate additional income apart from the testing. It will be easy for me to get the business going because of my long relationship with the industry and contacts. The whole project is budgeted to cost $125,000 most of the money is coming from my savings and my spouse is helping me a bit. I still need some more funds to put towards the start up cost, hence this loan request. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I?ve over 16 years of experience in the industry. I already have numerous requests from my current contacts to perform some consulting and testing work ? this is one of the reasons I want to start this company. Actually the consulting is an integral part of this business as clients looks for the testing company to help them in terms of assessing their testing reqiurements/strategy. Also the clients are basically outsourcing their testing needs to us in other words we need re-organize their in-house testing dept. to cope with the outsourcing.
