Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? My initial Prosper loan helped me re-group after an illness an a cushion to pursue my second career as a mortgage professional. Over the past fourteen months the mortgage industry has gone through changes never before experienced. Slowly with much intervention by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the industry is beginning to rebound. Although home purchases are still down the refinancing sector of the business continues to grow. Assisting folks with staying in their homes, is the niche I've identified for myself. As a licensed mortgage broker I'm building my business utilizing the FHA funding practices to keep people in their homes. (a truly rewarding aspect) I will pay off the original Prosper loan and continue to work both jobs until the mortgage industry rebounds totally, allowing me to devote all of my time to my business.
