Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate various credit card debt into one monthly payment. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am an employee for a solid company and have a very steady job which I have been at for over 9 years. I have two car loan payments that will both be paid off within the next year which will provide more money after bills are paid. The car payments total over $1000. I have equity in 401K and Roth IRA accounts. My house has a mortgage balance of $344,000 but the house would sell for between $435,000-$450,000 based on current market value. |
