Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a credit cards with high interest rates. I want to pay them off and cancel them. One more step in lowering my debt to income ratio and amount of revolving accounts. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I never miss payments, I make pretty good money and have no plans of leaving my job. A few accounts on my credit report are not being used and have cancellation pending. A Chase account with 0 balance is my x-wife's account and my name was taken off of it years ago (so they told me). One of the Wells Fargo card accounts listed is actually a loan I had to get in order to close on a house I sold, which they keep trying to give me a credit card for but I keep cutting up and telling them I never wanted it in the first place. Monthly net income: $ 2400 me, 1600 wife Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 504 Insurance: $ 87 Car expenses: $ 00 Utilities: $ 200 Phone, cable, internet: $ 90 Food, entertainment: $ 100 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: wife pays for most of it, I take care of mortgage, insurance, & utilities. |
