Hi allThree years ago I moved to MD with my wife so her two youngest could be closer to their father. We started an antique store which did quite well and allowed us to open 2 more stores(thrift style) within a short period of time. All were doing well but as a family owned and operated we were working 14-16 hrs a day 7 days a week. With the Real Estate market what it was in MD I decided to to get out of the stores and back into RE, which I had done in Indiana some years back. I have started as an RE agent with the intent of getting back into investment properties in a short time.I have had a good first year back in the market, but have had many expenses trying to build this new venture. Since the market has turned and things are slowing for the winter season, I would use this loan to consolidate all my credit debt to one manageable payment for the winter. I can handle the payment through the winter then I am expecting another good spring season and expect to pay the loan off.I have closed all of my credit cards but two which I will pay off but use sparingly for business purposes only.We have 4 children and one grandchild living with us-all of which are in school fulltime(2 college, 2 high school) The three oldest work part-time as well so they can at least pay their own bills and not be totally dependent on Mom and Step-Dad.
