Purpose of loan:
All say to you the prospective lender is the truth. If you invest in me, you will not be disappointed. I am a result orientated person and I see the opportunity to borrow from you as a solution to the endless fear and frustration of the last three years. Five years ago, I moved back to New York, after 14 years in Seattle Washington. Before leaving New York I made a promise to my mother, when you need me I'll come home. Upon returning to Brooklyn I discovered a then 83 year old woman, now frail but sharp as ever. Mom and I own a home in Brooklyn that was left to us by my mother?s parents. We committed to keeping the house no matter what comes our way. Each day we set about to making this house all it can be. We recently had the first floor renovated and the term over budget fits well here. Neither I nor Mom ever had the opportunity to renovate.Inexperienced we set about a task that was far more expensive than we imagined. For those debts that we are receiving pressure on I went so far as to take my jewelry and put it in a pawn shop. My mom would be mortified if she knew. The loan I hope to obtain here as a part of the Prosper community will help clean up some of the extra bills we now have and will allow me to resolve the issues with the pawn shop, something I am ashamed of.I have a few pesky person bills I would like to see disappear. Mom needs help in the personal care department. She is so afraid that something bad will happen to us if we don?t get these bills paid.I am keeping the loan amount requested as low as possible to ensure that I can pay the loan back at a manageable pace. My overall credit score average is approximately 640. While a bankruptcy appears on my credit report, please note that my case was dismissed. To this day I am just not able to go through with the process of bankruptcy. My credit report also shows 2 delinquent accounts. Both of these were disputed and successfully removed from my credit report only to recently appear again. Both are from Sprint neither of them is mine. This is how these creditors have reduced me to a person living in fear. The fact that these companies are able to file whatever they want on the account until you go about the dispute process is one of the most intrusive and unfair aspects of today's cash credit society. My financial situation:I am a good candidate for this loan. I am determined to use the opportunity to change my financial life around. I recently joined True Credit to assist me with keeping an eye on my credit report and to promptly address any inaccurate information. I will pay the loan using my salary from my current employment as a Para Legal with the Kings County District Attorney's office here in Brooklyn. |
