The credit report is still being worked on. We had a Chapter 13 bankruptcy January 2006 and had a windfall recently and were able to pay all Chapter 13 creditors 100% of the debt we owed them - not pennies on the dollar like many debtors. Our grade level has improved by one grade and once the figures get cleared up as paid we're sure it will improve yet again. We will make our monthly payments on this loan direct deposit from our checking account. Purpose of loan: We will be using the proceeds of this loan to pay high interest credit cards, and vet bills for our Shih-tzu who became blind due to Glacoma. This will dramatically improve the low credit score that was caused by many factors, many of which are listed below. My financial situation: My wife was out of work for about 8 months and I was laid off for almost 2 months. Right around the same time we both had major car repairs, unexpected medical bills, and medical bills for our aging Shih-tzu. It just seemed like one thing after another kept digging us deeper. My current existing income will facilitate payment of our current debt plus the Prosper Loan if it were to get funded and still be able to put money away for a nest egg. We would take a priorty one approach in payment on this loan as we want to have a good rapport with Prosper members. Eventually it would be nice to be able to help others that have been down on their luck. We are good people. We had a bad string of luck. We want to get back on our feet, and improve our credit rating. We hope this loan will get funded. Thank you for looking at our listing. We will have no problem setting up auto-withdrawal for the loan out of our checking account. We will NOT default on this loan. We want to borrow and lend with Prosper and have a good reputation on Prosper. The delinquincies seen here are not correct. We had arrears in mortgage and collection medical bills but we just paid them off completely with a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy where we paid creditors 100% of the money we owed - not pennies on the dollar like most people. The number of delinquincies were due to hospital stay where there was probably 20 different bills from different sources such as the hospital, the doctor, the labs, the anesthiesiologist and the like. Monthly net income: $ 5000 Monthly expenses: Housing: $ 1500 Insurance: $ 150 Car expenses: $ 650 Utilities: $ 300 Phone, cable, internet: $ 400 Food, entertainment: $ 600 Clothing, household expenses $ 300 Credit cards and other loans: $ 400 Prosper Loan: $ 135.71 |
