Hello, and thanks for looking! About 18 months ago, my wife and I took out a Prosper loan to consolidate some bills we incurred in remodelling our rental property in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. We were very happy with the results from a financial standpoint, but we are also happy that we are paying interest to individual investors as opposed to banks or credit card companies. Since that time, we moved to the Palm Springs area and purchased a condo unit in late 2006. Earlier this year, we unexpectedly fell into a great deal on a newly-constructed house which we purchased and moved into last month. We just put the condo unit on the market earlier this week (if possible, I will amend this listing to provide the MLS number once we have it). In the meantime beginning this month we have an extra mortgage to pay, and as a result our budget is tight for the time being. As a result, we once again turn to the Prosper community to help us set aside funds to use as a cushion should our condo take longer to sell than we expect. Unfortunately, the only pictures I have online of our new house are from a few months ago when it was still being constructed. I can add additional and/or more recent pictures if they are requested (and if it is possible to edit the listing).
