Purpose of loan: We will use this loan to pay off our credit cards. All of our current revolving credit balance has been acquired during our extreme home make over. We have been renovating one of my parents rentals and now that we are near the end it is time to buy it from them. We are at the end of our project and want to wipe out the credit cards and make one payment a month and improve out credit report by eliminating revolving balances. Ideally all of our current debt will be rolled into the home loan purchase! My financial situation: We are balancing our doing well financially and are able to repay loans fast.
