Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to purchase 15% ownership into a country / social club of which I am a member. Founded in 1984, thi club has been in business for 25 years and currently has 11,000 members. Club monthly dues are $75.00 plus the cost of meals and participation it many ongoing events. Club facilities include a lounge, main diningroom, grill and 7 private dining rooms used to host special events, weddings, etc. Breakfast and lunch are served Tuesday through Friday and dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday. Champagne Brunch is served every Sunday. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because though I will be partial owner, I will remain at my current job full time.
