Purpose of loan: This loan will be short term while waiting for my grants for graduate school to finish processing. Unfortunately the grant process is slow and I will have numerous expenses before the process is completed. My financial situation:I'm a great candidate for this loan as I have a very strong employment and credit history, having never missed or been late with a payment to any creditor. I have three children and having the opportunity to obtain my master's degree will be a dream come true- professionally and financially. My DTI is high at the moment because I've had to put the majority of my graduate program expenses on my credit cards. My DTI will reduce to around 30% once my grant money is received in mid to late October. This was an unexpected opportunity and one that I had not budgeted for. |
