Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate various credit card and loans into one payment. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am an employee for a solid company and have a very steady job which I have been at for over 9 years. I work on a long term IT project which I am the most knowledgeable member of the team. I have two car loan payments that will both be paid off within the next year which will provide more money after bills are paid. Those two car payments are over $1000. I have over $35,000 in 401K account and another $1000 in Roth IRA. My house has a mortgage balance of $344,000 but the house would sell for between $435,000-$450,000 based on current market value. |
