Purpose of loan: I will be using this loan to put the finishing touches on updateing my home. New floors, finishing my basement, update the kitchen ext.... I am also going to use this loan to pay off the balance of my first prosper loan. My credit grade has dropped because I have a larger balance on my credit card, and the reason for this is because my mother needed some dental work done and I put it on my credit card. My financial situation: I have been employed full time at the same employer for about five year's, my monthly take home pay is $2300.00. My wife is a teacher and she makes about $3000.00 monthly, this is not calculated into my annual income as for prosper requires you to only put in your own income. My monthly budget: Mortgage/rent: $750.00 Insurance(car): $135.00 Car expenses(gas): $200.00 I do not have a car payment. I baught my car brand new in 2006 and it is paid off completely. Utilities(electric): $100.00 I do not have a water bill or gas bill, I have a well and I have a propane tank which was just filled. Phone, cable, internet: $40.00 I do not have cable, satellite, or cell phones. Food, entertainment: $400.00 Clothing, household expenses $200.00 Credit cards and other loan payments:$150.00 Other expenses: $none --------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $1975.00 I will have $325.00 left each month, not including my wife's income to pay on the prosper loan. Also, I have never made a late payment on my first prosper loan, and I have been paying on it for almost 2 years. I have listed this loan at 11.5% in hopes that it will be bid down due to having spotless credit. Thank you |
