UPDATE #2:
This is a 2nd re-list because I didn't receive 100% funding from the last listing. I am re-listing this time with lower amount since I manage to get another loan from other sources and the bank is willing to settle for less (see below). Please help me build my credit back as the situation I am in was not created due to my carelessness (see below). I'll be happy to answer ANY questions you may have. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to: I went abroad for 8 months and left my car at my friend's house for safekeeping and gave him money to pay the monthly car payment. However, he didn't pay for it and went abroad. By the time I came back, the car was repossessed. I have discussed this situation with the bank and they're willing to settle. However, the want the full amount immediately. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am not the type of person that spend a lot of money and charge a lot of credit card bill. I have high income by working with a reputable Big 4 firms. My credit grade rating is due to that one repossessed car and an old bad credit card debt from 2001. But that's due to the dot-com bust and that was the ONLY ONE credit card that I was unable to pay since I lost my job. Everything else is current (see my credit report).
