We are wanting to obtain a loan from the wonderful community at prosper.com in order for us to lower our debt to income ratio and to pay off all of our old college debt. We are ready to put our financial mistakes from our college days behind us so we can provide for our new baby boy. We actually have a lower debt to income ratio from what is shown because only my income is being calculated; my wife brings in an additonal $23,000.00. Please take this in consideration. My wife and I are very stable in our careers and just recently purchased our first house. We never miss payments and take our monthly obligations seriously.
