I've changed the amount that I previously requested with hopes of making it happened.  I have also add a list of the debts that I am trying to pay off...

I'm a single mother of 2 boys ages 10 and 8.  I work full time as the Consultation Service Center Supervisor for Health Net Federal Services.  I've run into back luck these past few years and I'm looking to move forward. In 2001 when my sons father left I tried to make ends meet but at the time I was not making enough and I filed bankruptcy.
Since then I have worked hard and have received 2 promotions with my job and now I'm making better money but do to being behind on some bills I can't seem to move forward. I have been trying to receive child support since 9/05 but it just keeps being continued.  Hopefully in 10/06 when I go back to court the system will work for me.
I tried going back to school to get a degree but found out that I just didn't have enough funds to pay for classes and books so I've had to put that on the back burner.  My boys are very active and their sports activities throughout the year can get expensive.
 I've tried to get loans from banks and other financial institutions but have not been able to get one. I would like to pay off the bills that I do have so I can start saving some money.
As of now I'm living paycheck to paycheck and "robbing Peter to pay Paul"  Every month I pay out over $200 for back bills and with the interest rates of each of the bills I'm barely making progress.  It would be alot easier to have them paid and then just have to worry about 1 bill.
I can afford to pay a loan back for around $200 a month.   I am willing to pay a higher interest rate but Virginia laws keep me at a 11% interest rate. I need to try to pay off back bills so I can start saving some money.
I bring home $2410 a month.
Monthly Expenses are:
 Rent= $1000
Car Note = $538 (<-----High interest rate)
Utilities = $250 (Gas,water, and electric)
DayCare = $300
Food = $150 (includes school lunch for the boys)
Total  = $2238
Leftover=  $172  Which would be great if I didn't have to pay back bills.
My credit rating remains low because I can never find a way to pay one of my creditors off completely without taking away from the the necessities at home.
I have taken away "luxuries" I don't have a house phone. I don't go out shopping, I try my best to take care of my boys and get them the things that they need.

Here is a list of the back bills I'm trying to remove off my credit report
First Premier $411<---Credit Card
Comcast Manassas $222 <---Cable bill
Potomac Hospital $120 <--Son's ER visit
Robert Siegel $205 <---Dentist Bill
NCO Financial $416 <-----This is probably the "stupidest" 1 yet.  It is for my sons school pictures I wrote a check and it bounced so now I have to pay numerous of attorney and late fees...

I would love to bring 2007 in with a new slate.  I'm just looking for that break.. Please help me out.
