Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? I am a doctoral student in marine biology. I receive a monthly stipend for my living expenses through my university. However, I am still responsible to pay for student fees and health insurance. I also have to front the cost of traveling to and from my field site. For the past few years I have been using money from my savings to pay for all of these expenses. My father (who is both a borrower and lender on Prosper) recently suggested that I borrow money from Prosper to help build my credit and help to bridge financing until my university reimburses me. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? My monthly expenses are about $400 below my monthly income and I can easily afford this loan payment. |
