Purpose of loan:

I previously started a listing for $13,000 and then realized I had better rates than the loan would provide. I am asking for $3,300 to pay off two credit cards (one for ~$1,000 @ 20.45% and the other for ~$2000 @ 19.24%).

My financial situation:

I am a good candidate for this loan because I have secure full-time employment as well as a new roommate that pays almost half of my mortgage monthly! Please note that some of the debt included in my DTI is due to being listed as an authorized user on parents' credit lines.

I have always paid my bills on time and owning a house at the age of 21 has been a huge accomplishment for me... as some have asked previously--I do not know why my home ownership has not been verified. I closed on the house November 16, 2007.
