Purpose of loan: (explain what you will be using this loan for) Basically operating expense to start business. My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) Am in the proces of downsizing in my personal lifestyle. Am trying to catchup on some things, as I was flooded here in Iowa 3 times in two weeks. Although I have regular insurance and flood insurance, I haven't gotten any payments. Am dealing with Fema right now because of that. Have applied for 4 jobs in the past two weeks (Part time in addition to my regular job}. I will be taking a convenience store job about 3 minutes away this week. Should get 20-25 hours a week. Was holping to get a little more money, but with the closeness and number of hours, it should be a good fit. Am still trying to cut down on things, and am checking into renting out part of the house. One bathroom presents a few problems, but I hope I can find someone I can work with on that. Monthly net income: $ 2,400.00 with overtime and selling items at Antizue Plaza in Dyersville. Am also going to get a part time job, planning to work 16-20 hours per week.
