I cannot be happier with prosper! My first loan is 9 months running no lates and I have made the majority of the payments early. Recently our daughter has needed some extensive dental work, I want to keep eveything on track and I thought why not prosper. I have worked at the same hospital for almost 20 years. The DTI is so high because of the home eq line and mortage are in my name also. I am blessed to have a husband who pays for everything except my car and food and my prosper loan. I still have $800.00 left over after each month. I don't know how much to explain about myself because I am not a lender so I don't know if you see my first listing. I will again answer any questions you have for me. Just want to take care of the dental work. Thanks again |
