I already had this loan 100 % bid on two days ago. But somehow my nephew withdrew my listing when he was on the computer and prosper wouldn't post it back on. They said I had to relist the listing. Purpose of loan: Trying to conceive our first child, having fertility problems, insurance is barley covering costs. Husband and I have been through artifical insemination ( iui- twice) going thru the first round of IVF. Need help paying for all costs including meds. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a stable income and been employed with the same company for five years. Never late on any payments. I can pretty much cover all the bills we have and my husbands money is all left over. That is why my dti is so high. Monthly net income: $ 1750 husbands income: $2500 total income $4250 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 827 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $ 350 Utilities: $ 300 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 150 Total expenses $2277 total income $4250 -2277 $1973 left over goes toward having a kid. This includes medical payments, meds, and injections. If we get the loan this would go away. You pay one lump sum of around $10,000 to have the child. So then we would have the $1973 to pay for the prosper loan. |
