Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? PLEASE !!!!!!!! We need to finish the construction on our new home. We are building a new home and have a mobile home we are currently living in. The mortgage on the new home is $500,000 and we have an appraisal for over $1,000,000. The majority of the finish work we are completing ourselves. The original framer had a mental breakdown and we had to hire a rescue framer and this has resulted in $50,000 over budget. We've made up all but this last bit on our own and now we desperately need help. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? My husband is also employed as a pilot and has an income of $60,000 plus $30,000 in travel expenses for a combined income of $162,176.00. Our credit was destroyed after the huge layoff following 9/11, but we have worked hard to bring it back and have had an excellent record for the past four years. In addition, the credit score is low due to using our credit cards during the construction process, we use the credit card to buy material and then pay them off with the construction loan draws. Both of us work in fields that make us highly valuable and employable. We work hard and pay our bills.
