Our grandfather?s home is in immediate need of roof repair and replacement of rain damaged indoor ceiling. Given that my grandfather?s only source of income is Social Security and the fact that his mortgage is only ½ paid off to this point, his local bank refused approval of a home equity loan for this repair. I have agreed to assume all financial responsibility for these repairs and already have $2000.00 of the total cost of $7000. My annual income is $72,000 Employment: Permanent/Career Conditional Federal Employee TransUnion FICO = 650 Monthly Rent: $1100.00 Student Loan: $440.00/month CC payments: $250/month This website is our only recourse. We need these funds prior to the end of summer as we cannot schedule roof repair during a rainy fall or snowy winter season.
