Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off all credit card debt as well as the other Prosper loan I carry. I acquired a lot of it after purchasing a foreclosure and putting money into fixing up my house. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have secure full-time employment as well as a new roommate that pays almost half of my mortgage monthly! Please note that some of the debt included in my DTI is due to being listed as an authorized user on parents' credit lines. I have always paid my bills on time and owning a house at the age of 21 has been a huge accomplishment for me. Thank you to everyone who bids! |
