Purpose of loan: Hello, I am an active lender and borrower on Prosper. Thank you to the Prosper community for your help on my previous loan. I am a year into the loan (Prosper listing #18209) and have paid every payment on time and even was able to make an extra payment in that time. I am making an attempt to refinance that loan to get a lower interest rate and monthly payment on that loan. I plan to take the loan here, if granted, and pay-off the active loan I have now. Since last year I have taken a new job which pays $15K more per year. We have moved though and that has eaten up any extra leftover money I would get from the raise. I encourage those of you whom bid on me before to do so again. Thank you for your consideration. My financial situation: My income listed below is just the income from my full-time job. I still maintain a sole proprietorship, but it is scaled down to part-time. The income from that has grossed an extra $8,000 so far this year. Monthly net income: $ 5800 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1850 Insurance: $ 20 Car expenses: $ 100 (Gas, Car is Paid-off. Insurance expenses covered by wife) Utilities: $ 200 Phone, cable, internet: $ 80 Food, entertainment: $ 800 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards: $ 1450 Student loans: $ 400 (14 months left on these!)
