I?m 46 years old, office manager/bookkeeper, married to my high school sweetheart Tom, plumber, for 25 yrs. Three kids, Tommy Jr., 22, apprentice plumber (following in Dad's footsteps) James, 20,  Marine Corps. Reservist, both still at home and contributing to the household income by paying weekly room and board, Arielle, 17, developmentally delayed with an autistic spectrum disorder.  Recently had to place my mom in a nursing home, but Dad is still living with us and we see my mom on a daily basis.

In the past year, thanks to  Prosper, we were able to refinance our home at a much better rate, got rid of a lot of the revolving debt and  improved our credit score quite a bit.  I'd like to pay off the first Prosper Loan and any high interest credit card debt remaining (which there is not much of anymore), pay off a small 401k loan to get my money working for retirement again, and pay off a  loan I just got through  GE Money Bank's Project Line that provides one year's interest free financing on home improvements that will come due in June 2009.  We just put new energy efficient windows and flooring in our home as well as an energy efficient heat pump/air conditioning system.

I may just be able to start helping others here by funding someone else's loan , and give someone else the chance that I was given to improve my financial picture.  Prosper has really given me the boost I needed and  helped me to take care of the things that needed to be taken care of around my older home.

HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:

My Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $ 3,274.00
Spouse's Net Income: $ 5,200.00 (Because Tom?s income is not taken into account on the listing page, the DTI ratio is higher than it should be.)

Total monthly family Net Income $ 8,474.00

Mortgage/Rent: $ 2,400.00
Phone: $ 70.00
Gas & Electric: $ 3
46.00
Water: $ 40.00
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $ 1,550.00
Food: $ 600.00
Insurance: $ 540.00
Cable/Internet: $ 154.00
Clothing, misc. expenses for all: $ 800.00
-----------------------
Total Monthly Expenses : $ 6,500.00

I will have $1,974.00 left monthly to make the payments on my Prosper loan, put more money into our emergency fund,  something I?ve  actually been able to establish because of my first Prosper Loan.
