Eric's Credit Community

I am a single father of 2 , high school and middle school ages, who is trying to keep my head above water in one of the most expensive places to live in the US.  Since my wife died of cancer 10 years ago, I have been sacrificing to provide for my kids and to make ends meet. I have lived in a house owned by her aunt for 20 years, and she has been very good to us, but now her daughter is marrying and needs the apartment. I need to come up with 1st, last and security on a new apartment, and pay off my other debts and utilities before moving in. Needless to say, with only one income, a teacher's salary, little by little the rainy day fund has dried up, and I am at a critical point for immediate cash. I could handle this loan over 3-4 years, and arrange to have payments sent electronically on the same day each month. Thankfully, I am starting to move along in the salary scale, and will soon be completing another degree, which will boost my income a great deal. While I realize I have delinquencies on my record, I have always paid off all debt in the past, and I will continue to do so. I can really use the help.
