Well, this loan will be used to get myself back on track. Since moving to the Chicago Area, I have really gotten farther and farther into debt. I most recently lost my vehicle, and now I am in the process of loosing my apartment. The bills keep piling up. With this loan, I will be able to relocate back to Appleton, WI and start my life over with a fresh start. As you can see by my credit report, I am behind on most of my bills. My credit score is not the best, but you have my personal guarantee that I will fulfill the repayment of this loan sooner than the 3 years I am given. I just need to get caught back up and my life back on track. The loan that I am requesting is not much, just enough to cover my expenses for the next 2 months. I currently work for a Hotel Management and Development firm out of Schaumburg, IL. We manage 5 franchised Hilton Garden Inn properties, 2 franchised Hilton Garden Inn properties are under construction, and a Comfort Suites. With my relocation back to WI, I am on the job search, and this loan will also allow me to travel to job interviews, which without that, I am at a total loss. With the repayment of the loan, well, I already have made the decision that I will be able to pay off this loan sooner than the 3 year limit that I am given. I currently bring home over $1,800.00 every month in my current position. I am looking at a comparable job back in WI that will bring home the same or more every month. Current Monthly Expenses are: Rent = $799.00 Utilities = $200.00 Food = $150.00 (entire month) Transportation = 240.00 (bus fair to get around) Misc. = $215.00 (includes laundry and dry cleaning, medical and dental expenses) Total = $1604.00 Leftover = $196.00 The leftover would be nice, but I have past due bills that I must pay back. My credit rating remains as low as it is, since I can never find a way to pay off the creditors completely, without taking away from the necessities needed to survive. I have already cut out the home phone and I don?t go shopping like I used to. I am trying my best to take care of myself and get back on track. I would love to start 2007 off on the right foot. I am looking for a simple break in life, and hopefully this will be it. |
