My financial situation: Monthly Income: 3220 Monthly Expenses: Housing: 725 Utilities: avg. 68.50 (all but electric covered in rent) Phone: 63.25 Groceries: 370 Miscellaneous: 280 Entertainment: 180 Roth IRA: 100 Car Insurance: 63.49 Health Insurance: Covered (free, no copays either) Gas: 100 Babysitting: 60 Total Expenses: 1950.24 Leftover income: 1280 Debt: Zero, Car paid in cash Use Amex card for purchases in order to get cash back, paid in full every month I have liquid savings of over 30,000 that obviously more than covers this loan. This loan will build a perfect prosper borrowing record. I am a good candidate for this loan because I have excellent credit, always pay on time, have never defaulted or come close to defaulting on any obligation, financial or otherwise. The loan is more than covered by liquid assets. The loan is set up for automatic payment. |
