Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate my debt. I am a single mother of 16 and 2 years old kids. I am trying to give them a decent lifestyle. My 2 year old came with so much joy but I didn?t plan on being out on leave for as long as I was. For that reason, I leaned on my credit cards more than I should have. I am purchasing my home as well as have income from my Rental Property. Unfortunately, it is difficult to obtain a Real Estate loan while having a high DTI rate. My son will soon be looking towards attending College and I would like to be in a better financial situation to assist him. I would like to see my debt go down significantly in the next couple of years. This is hopefully where I can reach that goal with the help from the people of Prosper. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have been employed for a Governmental Agency for close to twenty years. I am stable in my employment. Even with my numerous open accounts that have varied APR rates, I have never been late.
