Purpose of loan: My 9 year old son as needed a great deal of treatment over the past 2 years for Autism. My wife and I have worked close with the Special Education Programs and Psychlolgist to place him in Speech, Launguage, Psychological and Mental Health Programs. After 4 years of working with schools in our district we had had to place him in a private school. He have already reached a settlement agreement with the district. Attorney fees and schooling have all come out of pocket till this point. We should be reimbursed for costs within the next 2 months. We just need to keep up with the schooling until that point. We hope to pay this loan off just as fast as the first one. I have an E credit rating with Prosper but just over 2 years ago bought a new home and at that time my score was 670. We made a choice and paid and closed off most off our credit cards, we did not know that they should have been left open. The few cards that we have remaining are almost to the limit due to the fact the we had to put up a $5000.00 deposit for the Attorney. After all is taken care of we will be able to pay outstanding medical bills on our credit report plus this loan. **** I just ran my credit report 6/10/2008 on True Credit and it list one past due amont. I'm not sure how to change this information with Prosper but would be able to fax a copy if needed. **** My financial situation: I have been on my job for over 8 years and my wife and I have worked every hard to control expenses. We have an organized budget and live within it. I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month. Monthly net income: $ 7600.00 My 401k and medical and vision are taken out of this amount Monthly expenses: $ 4405.00 Housing: $ 2500 Insurance: $ 115.00 Car expenses: $ 440.00 plus $300 in gas Utilities: $ 230.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 120.00 Food, entertainment: $ 500.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 200.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 300.00 Cell phone: $ 100.00 added to school can reach us at any time Other expenses: $ 400.00 Medical co pays Thank you again for viewing my listing.
