Purpose of loan: This will be a debt consolidation loan. I am planning on paying on a auto loan. The auto I have has a loan balance on it that is more then I can sell it for so I need to pay on the loan. I have a buyer but they are not offering enough, which is normal. This plus the sale of the VAN will allow me to reduce my overall debt. Reducing my debt is my main focus over the next year. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am re-structuring my debt to get my credit score up. I have started a new job this year, which gave me a raise. I own rental property and a profitable day care. I should be paying down my debt this year. The day care is up for sale and I have good prospects. I should clear a good profit from the sale.
